Williamstown deeds show wide price gap as most sales await consideration data
Nine deeds were recorded in Williamstown between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only four carried a sale price so far, ranging from $5,876 to $699,000 with a median of $330,000. The month's top recorded sale was 1020 Simonds Rd at $699,000, sold by Ashley P. and Kathryn P. Benson to William C. Flower, trustee, and the Iris Nominee Trust. Three streets, Simonds Road, White Oaks Road and Bryant Street, each had two deeds recorded on the same property. With five of nine transfers still awaiting price data, a complete read on the period's market tone isn't yet available.
