Only One of 14 Williamstown Deeds Discloses a Sale Price in August
Fourteen property transfers were recorded in Williamstown from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5, but only one, the Aug. 11 sale of 26 Maple St from Deborah J. Killam's revocable trust to Adams Community Bank, disclosed a sale price: $60,000. That figure stands as both the period's price range and its median, since no other transfer included pricing data. Six of the 14 deeds list a bank or mortgage-related entity as grantor to an individual buyer, and four involved a trust or estate as grantor. With pricing available for only one of 14 transfers, the data does not support a broader read on market direction this period.
