Williamstown deed filings show wide price gap, most sales undisclosed
Fourteen property transfers were recorded in Williamstown between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only three carried a disclosed sale price: $120,000, $328,500 and $563,250, for a median of $328,500. The period's top transaction was 324 Oblong Road, which sold for $563,250 on Aug. 24 from Pamela B. Burger to David W. and Brook L. Loehlin. Several filings involved banks or credit unions, and two addresses, 1491 Hancock Road and 324 Oblong Road, saw multiple deeds recorded in the same period. With most transfers lacking price data, the dataset does not support broader conclusions about market tone this month.
