Few Prices Available as 19 Deeds Recorded in Williamstown
Williamstown recorded 19 property deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only four listed a sale price as of this report. Prices ranged from $31,000 for 7 Sycamore Drive to $942,000 for 824 Simonds Road, with a median of $123,862 among the priced sales. The period's most notable transaction was the $942,000 sale of 824 Simonds Road from Simonds LLC to MountainOne Bank on Sept. 10. Several other addresses, including Simonds Road, Bingham Street and Luce Road, saw multiple recorded instruments reflecting trust transfers and related filings rather than separate sales. With most prices not yet available, the overall market tone for the period remains unclear.
