Williamstown Sets Aug. 22 Deadline To Register For State Primary
WILLIAMSTOWN — Williamstown voters have until Aug. 22 to register ahead of the Sept. 1 State Primary, with in-person early voting opening that same day and a string of town board meetings filling out the week. The Town Clerk's Office, at 31 North Street, is handling registration and voting ahead of primary day at Williamstown Elementary School.

The Board of Health meets Monday, Aug. 17, from 9 to 10 a.m. in a hybrid session at 31 North Street and via Zoom.
Several boards convene Wednesday, Aug. 19, including the Board of Assessors, the Williamstown Housing Authority, the Hoosac Water Quality District and the Affordable Housing Trust, the latter streamed live on WilliNet and Spectrum Cable Channel 1303.
The Zoning Board of Appeals holds a hybrid public hearing Thursday, Aug. 20, at 7 p.m., followed by the Historical Commission's meeting Friday, Aug. 21, in the Community Meeting Room at 31 North Street.
The deadline to register to vote in the Sept. 1 State Primary is Saturday, Aug. 22, at the Town Clerk's Office. In-person early voting also begins that day and continues through Aug. 28, ahead of primary day at Williamstown Elementary School.
