The Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 14 Williamstown property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only four had a sale price recorded, ranging from $265,000 to $1,100,000 with a median of $532,525. The month's top transaction was a $1,100,000 sale of a condominium unit at 160 Water St in the Cable Mills development, bought by Nathan K. Sleeper from Water LLC. Four streets, Water Street, Blair Road, Main Street and Luce Road, each saw multiple recorded filings, several tied to trust or estate transfers within the same family. With price data missing from 10 of 14 filings, the available records offer limited insight into overall market value for the period.
