Williamstown deed filings show 15 transfers, few with prices attached

Fifteen property deeds were recorded in Williamstown between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only four listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $100,000 to $710,100, with a median of $190,000. The period's top transaction was 888 Hancock Rd at $710,100, sold by Grace Kim and Alejandro Mones.
